Also known as Brow Embroidery or 3D Hairstrokes. This procedure is for anyone and everyone that has sparse thin brows, no brows, or want fuller looking brows with a better defined shape.
What is Microblading?
Microblading, also known as microstroking or 3D hairstrokes, is an advanced brow embroidery technique whereby a superfine row of needles is used to create thin, hair like marks on the skin. Microblading leaves a semi-permanent pigment on the skin which last approximately 18-24 months.
What to expect
During the consultation, we will go over the brow shape and test out the colors of pigments for your brows. Any questions you may have about mircoblading, or the procedure will be addressed.
A microblading service consists of two appointments: the first initial procedure, and a 4-12 week follow up appointment.
Follow Up Appointment
The follow up appointment is for us to go over the brows to make sure everything looks good. At this point, we can fine-tune the look by adding more fullness or more arch to the brows. Maybe, you want to go a little darker or add more hair strokes. In some cases and depending on the your skin type, the pigment may not take in certain areas of the brows. This is completely normal and the main reason for the second appointment. I like to call it the ‘perfection touch-up.”
I am very conservative with the first procedure. Don’t forget! Even though Microblading is a semi permanent tattoo, it’s still a tattoo. Let’s make it right and not “GO BIG, OR GO HOME!” Once the brows have fully healed, and you are now familiar with the healing process, then you can decide if you want to go thicker, fuller, and possibly even darker. Whatever your heart desires on the second “Perfection Touch-Up.”
